A fish oil softgel that provides the basic omega-3 fatty acids to help maintain a healthy heart. DOSAGE Adults and Children 6 years and older: Take 3 softgels daily, with a meal. INGREDIENTS Each softgel contains: Medicinal ingredient: Marine fish oil (anchovy, sardine, mackerel and/or salmon flesh): 1000 mg Providing EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid): 180 mg DHA (docosahexaenoic acid): 120 mg Non-medicinal ingredients (alphabetical order): Gelatin, glycerin, vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol). PRECAUTIONS For people taking blood thinners, the maximum omega-3 dose to not interact with their medication has been set at 3000 mg per day. This product provides 300 mg of omega-3 per capsule and is therefore safe at the recommended dosage of 3 capsules per day. |
